The Jedadia Smith Monument and Time Capsule are located inside Fremont Indian State Park just off I-70 on PST #76, off the main Paiute #01 Trail. The monument is a short ride south of the main park buildings. Both the Max Raid Trail and the Sam Stove Trail leading out of the park are 50” trails, but there are bypasses around them if you want to join back up with larger OHVs.
